Transitional Housing Support Available for Veterans in Los Angeles County

The Greater Los Angeles VA Medical Center, in partnership with HARP Services Procurement Solutions, is helping expand supportive housing opportunities for Veterans experiencing housing instability across Los Angeles County.

This free 90-day transitional housing program serves VA healthcare-eligible male Veterans navigating challenges related to homelessness, mental health, substance recovery, or re-entry barriers. Locations are available in Los Angeles, Sherman Oaks, and Palmdale.

The program provides structured housing along with professional case management, housing search assistance, recovery support, mental health services, life skills groups, and daily meals — all focused on helping Veterans build stability and transition into permanent housing.

Veterans participating in the program will work closely with support teams and VA case managers while receiving resources designed to help them regain independence and long-term stability.
